Breathwork

 

 Breathwork is the most powerful way to release and let go of everything that does not serve a purpose in our lives anymore and is acting as a hurdle in our growth and progress. Our Breath is our biggest master and can tell us all about our emotional blocks, our patterns, our limiting beliefs, fears and traumas. It is also the best way to release them-the most powerful technique to cleanse your emotions.

About Breathwork Sessions with me:

  • I offer online sessions on zoom and offline sessions at my studio in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
  • Each Breathwork Session is 45-60 mins long and involves tapping into our subconscious mind through a special breathing technique
  • We begin by relaxing ourselves and connecting to our inner light through guided visualisation.
  • We then move on to observing our breath and diagnosing our blocks
  • This is followed by releasing them through conscious connected breathing
  • The final part is rebooting our mind with positive affirmations and filling the space that we have created with the energy to manifest our desires. 

A minimum of 5 sessions are advised, to be able to learn the technique, address a block, connect to it and release it effectively.
