Shipping Policy

Our online store is currently open and shipping regularly. We are packing and shipping orders from ours studio in New Delhi. While we are fulfilling orders as frequently as possible, please allow for the possibility of slightly delayed shipping time than our usual 2-3 business days. We are incredibly grateful for your patience and support as we continue to navigate this new reality and shift towards working remotely.

Domestic orders:

All Domestic orders are shipped via Blue Dart on next day (except the weekend) with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance.

For International orders:

We ship to every place the post office lets us! Although your order will be shipped in a timely manner (and DHL estimates international delivery to take between 6 to 10 business days), we cannot guarantee how long it will actually take for your item to arrive due to customs. Customs can be unpredictable and may hold on to a package for as long as eight weeks. For such long delivery delays, please contact your local customs office. We are unable to contact customs’ authorities on customers’ behalf.

Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in purchase price or shipping rate. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees that may be incurred.

Lost or stolen packages
We do not refund for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at our studio and will incur a reshipment fee.
